moving 2003 outlook email to new computer running outlook 2007

I am running outlook 2003 on an XP Pro machine. Just bought a new Vista
machine running new version of outlook 2007. What file (s) - e.g. the
outlook.PST file - do I need to move to get all my email over to the new
machine (including all the personal folders in tact) "and" contacts? If it's
not as simple as moving files, what else do I need to do to prepare the 2007
..
