Outook 2003 to 2007 moving data

New machine with Vista and Outlook 2007, old machine XP with Outlook 2003.

How do I get the old data to the new machine and out look '07?

Transfer the pst-file to a location of choice (do not overwrite any other
pst-files), configure Outlook 2007 and then reconnect your pst-file via
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

In addition to what Roady said, you need to ensure that the pst file is
copied to a location on the new machine to which the User has full
read-write permissions...
