OUTLOOK 2007 - Windows 7

Just instaled on new machine Word 2007 and Outlook 2007.
Each time i look to open outlook it come up with a request for f drive data
pst.
I made a copy onto system of data transfered from old xp.
When going to open that file in the system it is rejected with a message
saying "the set of folderes cannot be opened" and shuts down Outlook.

Check that the copy you transferred to Windows 7 isn't marked Read Only. If
so, remove the checkmark and click OK. Then open Outlook again. If you still
have an issue, please run scanpst.exe against the PST file to check it for
errors. Outlook must be closed for you to do this. If it finds errors run it
again, until it finds no further errors.

How did you transfer it, where did you put it, and how did you connect it with
your Outlook profile?

It may not be the easiest way but with outlook open go to account settings
under tools. Then go to data files. Click on the add option and the new
outlook data file will come up, choose the office personal folders file then
click ok. The next box is the location your PST is stored. Mine were stored
under (C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook). Once you
add them you can drag the added account to your PST folder.

This makes no sense at all. You can't drag accounts to PSTs.
