Movie Maker II Problem

I am having trouble captureing video in mm2 from my
camcorder tape. It seems to be downloading but in the
preview capture window I am getting a scrambled video.
Sound comes through. Can anyone help, Thanks. Please
email me at (e-mail address removed) if anyone has any
suggestions on how to fix this very annoying problem.

What camera do you have? How are you connecting it to your PC?

(We have seen this with XP SP2 and the PAL Canon MV20 cameras)
