Movie Maker 2

I'm running Win XP Pro. Attempted to upgrade WMM 1 to WMM2. Successfully downloaded the file but when I try to run it I am getting an error message. Not a valid Win 32 file. I haven't seen this problem mentioned anywhere else. I tried to install on a newer laptop, same problem

Any suggestions

Download the file again.
