Move job to another printer

One of my printers has died and I need to move several print jobs to another
printer - how do I do it ?

Pause the queue, change the port on the printer queue to another printer's
IP address, change the driver to the new printer's model (if the printers
are different models), unpause the queue, select the jobs and right click
resume/restart.
