move contacts and calendar from old PST to new?

My client ran up against the 2GB limit in an old PST file that is in 97-2002
format. I created a new PST file in Unicode format and moved all the email
from the old to the new PST. I can't figure out how to copy all the contancts
and calendar items, e.g. how to select all and copy.

Can anyone suggest how I can do this?

Show the Folder List in the Navigation Pane (left side chunk of Outlook)
Open the source folder eg Contacts. Edit | Select All | now grab and drag to
the destination folder.

Thanks for that, so used to CTRL-A and CTRL-C, which of course only selects
entries in the current view.

The contacts and calendar don't appear as folders in Outlook 2003, had to
select all and copy... worked ok.
