.pst file - cannot see the calendar or contacts

After an employee left, I created a pst file and moved all the email,
calendar, and contacts to it. I've pulled up the .pst file on several
different computers using my own outlook. I can always see the inbox,
deleted, and sent items. Some computers can see the calendar and the
contacts, but others cannot.

What gives?
