how to tell if PST file is new 2003 unicode format or old 2000?

Is there a way I can tell if a PST file is in the old Outlook 2000 format or
the new 2003 Unicode (allowing excess of 2GB size) format?

Properties of Personal Folders>Advanced
Format: it will either be Personal Folders File - being Unicode - or
(cannot recall exact wording) 97 - 2002 data file - old format -
