mouse scrolling does not work in VBA window for Access 2002

Why is it that I cannot get mouse scrolling to work inside the VBA code
window for Access 2002 running in Windows XP SP2
 
Check in the "Programming" thread of these newsgroups. Search for "scroll".
There are a couple of possible answers there concerning this issue.
