Mouse Pointer Problem

My grand daughter downloaed a whole program full of 'game icons' one of which
wound up as a permanent fixture as a mouse pointer. I have removed all them
little critters with their programs yet that critter didn't go away. I've
tried to reset it with the MSN's arrow through the control panel and mouse
but doesnt take.
Is there another way short of reinstalling everything to get back to that
msn arrow?

Sure you don't have malware installed on your computer too.

MSN pionters - Does MSN have its own pionters?

also have a look at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Control
Panel\Cursors\Schemes

to see if the problem is persistent even after changing the control panel
cursor schemes

Oh and PS changing the cursor sheme in one user will not change the system
defualt cursor, unless your the PRIMARY user that has ADmin priveledge.
