Mouse Disconnect and Reconnect Issue

ok so my mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, i hear the sound as it does this i wana say, 15-25 times as minute. Its not my usb port as it does the same with my main mouse and my other 2 mouses regardless of what port they are plugged into. I went in and turned off the power option in the ROOT hub or w.e i seen someone talkin about on another site. nothing has worked and i am a gamer i play wow, wc3, dnd online, and this problem is very aggrivating as i cannot play my games with my mouse disconnecting every 5 seconds. Please, any help to solve this would be GREATLY appreciated!

So, it does this on all the mice you've tried and on all of your USB ports? In that case, I'd try installing the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard to see if that helps the problem (it will no doubt install newer USB chipset drivers).
