More Tweak UI

Hi
I have tried running Tweak UI straight from the .cpl file but the computer tells me that:

"The operation has been cancelled due to the restrictions on the computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have adiministrator privileges. Is there any way I can fix this?

It's coming from the registry although I'm not sure which key exactly. I
think it'll be under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer. See if there's a NoControlPanel value and delete it. As
with any time you change the registry, just be sure to backup this key and
any important data first, just in case.
