I have set many policies to restrict users eg. I have disabled changes in IE
configuration, registry edit, start menu view and so on.
After that I cannot close explorer windows but not IE window. I don't know
what policy make it.

Hello Ales,

Go step by step backwards and revert the policies to find the ones you don't
want to have. I would NOT delete the policy, because some changes make a
kind of tattooing, that will stay even if you delete the policy. What OS
are you using for the users?
