modify open with window ?

When right clicking on a file...the windows popup window opens with various
options including "open with" option. How do you
modify...add/remove,etc..the various programs that are shown as options to
open a particular file type so the window no longer shows certain program
options ?

To add a program, on the Open with menu choose the last option "Choose
Program..." On the Open with box select the program from the list. If its not
listed click the Browse button below and browse to the program you want to
use. Do not forget to put a check mark on the box beside "Always use the
selected program to open this kind of file".

Thanks Rey...is there a way to eliminate a number of the programs the appear
in the revised "open window" ?
