Missing RRAS

I have just installed Windows 2000 on a new PC with service Pack 4 with all
the udpates. I do not have RRAS service listed in my lists of services. How
do I go about fixing this?
 
I'm not sure whether you checked this: The service name would be mentioned
as "Routing and Remote Access" in the Services UI. You can also use the
following command-line to verify the service installation: "sc.exe query
remoteaccess"

Are you trying this on Windows 2000 Professional?
