Missing Junk email folder

I have a user that has 4 mails boxes in total all but one of them has a
Junk-email folder, i have created the folder manually but this has had no
effect other than to have a regular folder called Junk-email.

Exchange server? Which version? Did he ever open the 4th one in his profile
as the default mailbox?

Hi Diane,

Appreciate your response.

I am using outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003, i have not opened profile 4 as a
default mailbox.
I was told by the user this morning that the only Junk email folder to be
working is the users default mailbox.
I will look at the links you suggest, again thank you

the junk filter only works on the main mailbox - this is because it needs
cached mode to work.
