more junk e-mail than ever

I just installed Outlook on a new PC. I set my junk e-mail protection to
High. I imported my Blocked Senders from my backup disk, and they are all in
Blocked Senders now. However, in recent months, the junk e-mail has become
far more aggressive. There are e-mails I have sent to the junk e-mail folder
over and over again, but they keep coming. When this happens, I add
"@domain.com" to Blocked Senders, when I can find it, but often this has no
effect. There are even spammers who are sending me junk e-mail using bogus
email addresses of other employees. The problem is still huge, and I need
something more powerful to stop it. Any techniques or outside programs that
might help. Incidentally, I really don't mind skimming my spam folder once a
day and removing legit emails, if I can just stop the onslaught of junk
e-mail.

I had similar problems a year ago or so, so I set up a gmail account, and forwarded the emails to
the gmail account which (at the time) had much better spam recognition than Outlook. I still get the
emails from the gmail account into Outlook, but with much less spam.

Consider using a different antispam tool. Many people like this one:
