Missing help and support files.?

Can anyone help, Everytime I try to run "help and Support" (or any help
file), I get nothing. Its as if all help and support has vanished from my
computer.
I have tried updating through service pack 2 and everything is up to date, I
just have no help and support...
 
Don't be surprised if after doing everything that Kelly (we love you Kelly!)
suggests that you still have no help files or that places you type in as part
of that just don't exist or your computer can't find. It's not a Dell is it?
