I've had WinXP Pro installed for about one year and have
had no problems. I recently tried to use the Help, under
the Start button, and received a message that the
helpctr.exe file was missing. I did a search and found
the file in the Windows\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries folder.
I went to that folder and double clicked on the file and
tried to findout how to associate the Help button with
the file. The solution was to boot up in Safe Mode, go to
Run, type in Msconfig, and do some operations. When I did
so, I received an error message that Msconfig was missing!
I don't seem to be having any other problems, but this
seems weird. Do I need to restore the System files?
Thanks,
