Hi,
I have a computer that is failing to backup files in a certain folder. Here
are some of the errors from the backup log:
One of these messages:
Warning: Unable to open
"C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\OfflineCache\Professional_32#0409\00000001.query"
- skipped.
Reason: The specified network resource or device is no longer available.
This file does exist, and I can open it up in notepad just fine
Many of these for different files:
Warning: Unable to open
"C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\OfflineCache\Professional_32#0409\00000002.query"
- skipped.
Reason: The system cannot find the file specified.
This file also does exist, and I can open it up in notepad as well
Warning: Unable to open
"C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\OfflineCache\Professional_32#0409\00000028.query"
- skipped.
Reason: The system cannot find the file specified.
Could not access portions of directory
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\OfflineCache\Professional_32#0409.
You may not have permission to open the file, or the directory may be
missing or damaged.
Please contact the owner or administrator.
Any ideas out there? Computer is a XP pro on an SBS 2003 network.
TIA
