what are 00000026.query

What are these files all dated from installation of XP & can I delete them
?
C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\OfflineCache\Personal_32#0409\00000026.query

482 files, showing 1 to 4 kb 4/4/05
consuming 3.79 MB (3,981,312 bytes) of disk area.

*.query files have to do with the Help and Support Center home page.

Did you know? Updated: Current Date

If you have a Gateway, Help and Support is somehow linked to Gateway's
HelpSpot program.

If you have a Gateway and delete the *.query files they will not be
recreated.

My machine's Help and Support is not linked to any other program and I
regularly delete the *.query files. They are recreated when Help and
Support is opened again.
