I have just noticed a large number of files located at
"c:\windows\pchealth\hlpctr\offlinecache\personal"
They are all named QUERRY" and have a number in front of that(ie
000000248.querry)
Can someone tell me what these are? Do I need them?
They are all dated 2/12/2003
Thanks

WindowsXP created those files when it first initiated on
a new PC. Those files are used if you want to do a
restore date to the original date when WindowsXP was
installed. You must have a fairly new PC or WindowsXP
install. Do not delete those files, there are about 300
of them. Instead of having to do a reinstall of
WindowsXP if it "crashes", you can do a Restore and have
a new PC.

They are nothing whatever to do with reinstalling the system.
