help and support

the help and support doesn't work on my computer, period. neither from the
start menu nor via the help menu. I've tried editing the reg value, still no
avail. even when I've gone to the actual file location
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries and opened helpctr.exe file, nothing
happens. Could the compression have done this? Compression meaning via
diskclean, because the file is in blue font.

Try HelpHost.exe instead of HelpCtr.exe

My path is: WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpHost.exe
and
My command line is: WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpHost.exe"
-guid {37B41FFC-1437-4AB5-B9F8-5F22955EFE58}

no luck still. even when I went to the folder and opened that application,
and every one of them with "help" in their name. thanks though

I've tried almost all, from, the script repair, to type helpctr -regserver,
and the reinstall help and support by clicking on pchealth.inf (which had its
own difficulties), the sfc /scannow.
I have the service pack 2 installed, which made some above the difficult and
others no feasible. does anyone have any other helpful tips, suggestions?
