Help and Support won't start

Hi,

I can't get Help and Support to start, either from the start menu or by
directly opening the file
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\helpctr.exe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Thanks, I tried it and it does not help.
[Unless a reboot is needed, which I have not performed.]

If it still does not work following a reboot, you could try reinstalling Help
and Support following the instructions here:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/rebuildhelp.htm

You may be requested to insert your XP install CD when reinstalling Help and
Support.....for this you would need a retail CD and not a Recovery or Restore
CD provided by a computer manufacturer. If you have a Service Pack installed
that was not integrated in the install CD, point to the
%Windir%\i386\ServicePackFiles folder.
