Missing gray button/bar

I've been going around with Sorenson support in trying to download a
program called EnVision SL. There is supposed to be a gray button or bar
that I can click on to do the download, but I am not getting this
button/bar.

It would be helpful if one or two people could try it and see if they
have the gray button/bar. I'd also appreciate any suggestions as to why
I don't get it. Sorenson support suggested it might be a bug in Windows
(I use XL).

There is a download option in the left column but it just keeps giving
me the same page.

I'm using SeaMonkey, a suite in the style of Netscape and Mozilla.
Have you tried it?

Just to let you know that in IE7, the "Download EnVision SL"
button shows up and works as expected.

Try this link. It's what I get when I right click on that
download button and select "Copy Shortcut". It downloads an
11.3 MB file named EnVisionSLSetup10304.exe.
