Font sizes on men and other bars, and sidebar

I got my icon problem squared away by locking the icons in place.
Somewhere in the course of doing this and adjusting the background of
the icon text, my fonts got all screwed up.

I am using SeaMonkey (which is pretty much like Mozilla and Netscape).
I tried finding a way to adjust the font sizes in the Control Panel
/Display and /System and /Accessibility Options but did not succeed.

I specifically would like to make all the bars (menu bar, personal tool
bar, stumble bar, task bar have a slightly larger and darker font. I
would also like to make the content of my Sidebar slightly larger and
darker (for example, my list of Bookmarks).

Any help or ideas? I had this the way I wanted it for years but can't
figure out how to get it back to that way.

Thanks
Stan

C.P.>Display>Appearance tab>Advanced button. Last one gets second dialog
box with all screen elements; click on wanted ones to get features you want
to change (font size and type, color, etc.). Note that greyed out items
can't be changed.
