Missing emails

If I send an email and the intended recipient didn't receive it, where did it
go? The email address is correct, it shows in my sent folder, and it's not in
their inbox or junk folder.

It could have been dropped at server level or your or the receiver's
outgoing/incoming virus scanner made it go away. It's impossible to tell at
this level of detail. If there was a problem with the message itself and it
really couldn't be delivered to the mailbox of the receiver, you should have
gotten back an NDR.
