Missing DVD and CDRW

Any help after I downloaded a program called "Clean System" which it cleans
out extra dedundant dlls. It also cleaned out both my DVD and CDRW drives.
When it scanned the program found a "lmitools.dlls" so I click on it and put
it on the bkupdlls as was directed now the drives are missng.
Any help is appreciated BTW I put this same question before noon I thought
it got posted but no reply>?Now I couldn't even see my posted question.
