Missing DLL

Everytime I want to download soem music or program from
the web I get an error message:

Browserwm.dll

I'm missing a dll. Apparently for my Internet Explorer.
where can I get this file?

Run Spybot, Adaware and CWShredder to see whether you have
crapware on your OS. The above programs are freeware and
easily located using Google.

Are you sure about the name of the DLL file? I can't find anything with
Browserwm.dll.
