kernel32.dll

Everytime I log onto the internet I get an error message
for my internet explorer. The message reads "Iexplore has
caused an error in Kernel32.dll?" Anyone know what this
might be or how to fix it? I have to close IE and use
netscape since this happens every time. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.
