kernel32.dll error

I have been getting this message a lot lately "microsoft
internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close" , the mod name is kernel32.dll, i also get a
kernel32.dll error, it's asking to send an error report,
is there a way to contact someone regarding this error
report or more importantly does anyone know the cause/fix
to the kernel32.dll error? Thanks
