Norton scan says I am missing or cannot find mfc80u.dll, msvcp80.dll and
msvcr80.dll files. It refers to Adobe and paint programs missing them. Should
I be concerned?

Any advice is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.

Nope - provided that the 'affected' programs work free of problems.
If this is the case, uninstall that Norton/Syamantec crapware ASAP.

Are there any problems running those programs? If not ignore it, and better
yet get rid of Norton system works. Several have reported this same issue
but without any problems running the programs. NSW lost it's value many
years ago.
