Missing Common Tasks

I just started my computer today and suddenly I'm missing
my common tasks area in my explorer window (the area
between the folder area and the file area).

I checked the General tab under folder options and it is
set to "Show common tasks in folders". I tried changing
it and then changing it back but that didn't do anthing.

I also checked the Performance Options under the Advanced
tab of System Properties and "Use common tasks in
folders" is checked (they all are).

Does anyone have any ideas how I might get it back?

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
