MS Outlook - Deleted from Common Mailbox

Dear All,

We have a common mailbox which is accessible by almost 15 to 20 users from our team. We have folder by the name 'Assignments' which contains mails about the pending tasks.

We found that this folder is missing in the common mailbox - and we have a possibility that somebody could 've deleted this.

Is there a way to recover this folder ??
