Left Pane

My left pane is missing in Windows Explorer. Folder Options ->Show common tasks in folders can not be selected(It's grey)
When I select System Properties-> Advanced->Performace->Settings "Use common tasks in folders" it makes nothing
I was install Tweak-XP 2.09 and I think this is the problem and I remove it
Can I make something other than Reinstall Window
My Windows is Win XP SP1
 
I Found similar Problem in this Newsgroups. The solution is: run-> regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
