Microsoft Word file access

When I try to load up Word I keep getting the following messages:

"Please wait while windows configures Norton Antivirus 2005"

followed by:

"Norton Antivirus 2005 does not support the repair feature,please uninstall
and reinstall."

Please can anyone explain to me what this means?

Open up NAV and disable its integration with MS Office. Look in NAV's
options for this.
