I think my computer has been dominated by spyware and other what not and now
I can't use the internet so my computer is totally useless. Any suggestions?

my suggestions is that you install the OS on top of
itself. you need to make a folder in C: drive and move
everything in that folder and reload XP. Do not re-
partition the drive. After you load the OS on top of the
old OS, you might have to install your programs again.
If this doesn't work for you, you need to do a clean
installation of the new OS. That mean that you should
save everything on to a disk and install the new OS.
