Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
The automatic update downloaded Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1, and when I
try to install it I get the message - The following updates could not be
installed Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1 - and the update icon reappears on
the task bar. No matter how many times I try to install it I get the same
result.
How can I delete this update from the system?

Try installer 3.1 redistributable,find it

I downloaded it and when I tried to install, I got the message - KB893803V2
Access is Denied -
