Microsoft Outlook Web Access and Wndows Vista Business

I am able to open and view emails on Microsoft Outlook Web Access. I can
compose mail or a reply however when I send the program fails. I receive the
message that Internet Explorer is restarting and I lose the composed email.
Has anyone had this problem and what is the fix ? Thank you.

The server (not your machine) may need a patch:
You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or
you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
