Vista Mail not showing scrolling stationary

Would anyone know why my stationary in Vista Mail doesn't scroll? I
downloaded several animated and scrolling backgrounds, but when I'm
composing, it doesn't show the animation. I tried sending this email to
myself to see if receiving the actual email will show the animations, but
nothing. Is there a setting I have to adjust?

Paula, at a minimum you will probably need to change your Windows Mail
security to "Internet zone" since the scrolling stationery contains a
script. In Windows Mail go to "Tools" > "Options..." > "Security" tab and
then select "Internet zone (Less secure, but more functional)" and "OK".
You won't see the scrolling while you're composing in the edit tab but
should see the scrolling in the preview tab or once you save the message to
drafts, etc. Here is info for advanced stationery settings in Vista:

Hope this helps.
