microsoft natural keyboard

I just upgraded the insides of my PC........new Motherboard, CPU, etc. Since
then, when I first turn my PC on, my PS/2 keyboard doesn't work...but, when I
reboot, it works fine.

I have been asking for help and getting e-mails but nothing has
worked.........do you know what it could be?
 
This is an Access newsgroup. We don't deal with keyboard issues here. We
help build databases in MS Access.
