I bought this and was going to use it to make a web site and was unable to figure out how to make it work...so I decided to give it to my sister. Can I do this? ...I can remove it from my computer so that is not a problem as i am unable to use it anyway. I am unable to remember wheth4er I registered it or not....IF I did can I still give it to my sister? If i give it to her does she register it in her name or my name? ANyhow please advise me ...thanks...

As long as you remove it from your machine, it is perfectly fine to give it
to someone else and have them register it. They "may" get a message stating
that the software has already been activated and to call MS (they will be
given a telephone number), but MS will give your sister an activation code
to override the software after she explains the situation.
