    "The document linked to is the "Services Agreement", the EULA for Windows 10 is a completely separate document. The Services Agreement has an explicit list at the end of it, showing what services it applies to. It relates to a specific list of Microsoft's online services."

    simple ... Don't sign in to OneDrive, or Windows Live, or Zune Market, and the Services Agreement doesn't apply to you whatsoever. :)
