I need to download Microsoft Backup in order to restore
files onto Windows XP from my old Windows 95 operating
system.

Do you know where to find this download?

Your previous reply to his previous post is absolutely of no help. The
Backup that comes with XP doesn't work with backups created with 9x OSs.

Find someone running a 9x OS and unpack your backup, then move the
unpacked files back to your computer.
