Microphone

I just received a microphone for my computer and I want to use it to
record my baby girl, how do I go about doing this? Thanks in advanced
for any help.

Sealaryn, basically it's just connecting the microphone to the "mic"
connector in the back or front depending on Computer
Configuration. You will see something like this with different colored
connectors.
