Meta Tags in FrontPage 2002

I just built the site for my husband's company. I've
included meta tags under properties. It doesn't work -
did some research and found out that I need Service Pack
Update 3 to make the tags work correctly which requires
FP2002 disk. Here's my problem...we recently moved and
can't find FP2002 disk anywhere. I don't mind purchasing
it again, but I'm thinking maybe upgrade to 2003; but if
I do, will the tags work correctly? Any comments would
be appreciated.

Just add them to the code. You do not need any upgrade. In addition, the
only meta tag you need to worry about is the description. The major search
engines compile their own keyword list from the content on your page.
