Messenger live and explorer

Firstly I cannot get windows update...error Ox80072EFD Also I have just
re-installed I Explorer 8 and messenger live... this works if i sign in as a
guest but onall other user accounts its either missing or it comes up saying
welcome back but stays on login screen...any help please

it is unclear if your antivirals
are blocking the updates but
here is my suggestion:

firstly turn off you antivirus
and firewall.

next go to admin tools>services.

enable "bits", enable "auto updates"
and enable "error reporting"

then try you updating again.

I tried this but in 'services' the enable bits wasnt on the list.
