Message is Blank

At random I receive a mail that when I open, preview, reply or forward the
message is blank. If I click on Edit, Edit Message and the Format, HTML then
the text of the message appears. I am running Office Professional 2003. The
sender is on our same network using Office Professional 2002 connecting to
Exchange Server 2003. Some messages from the same sender or okay, others are
blank. Any ideas?
