Outlook 2003 sending blank message when "Reply" button clicked

I have a user running Outlook 2003 (Office 2003 Pro) on a Win XP Pro machine
that is sending a blank email message when she clicks on the "Reply" button.
It doesn't give her the chance to enter a reply. The email server is running
Exchange 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
